Pigeon, together with the Landowners, is bringing forward plans for a high-quality, landscape and design-led sustainable scheme on land south of Epping Road, North Weald Bassett.

The purpose of this website is to provide information about the scheme and to present an initial concept proposal before plans are finalised. We are inviting local residents and stakeholders to comment on how the scheme should be shaped before plans are finalised and a planning application is submitted to Epping Forest District Council.
